Home additions require making connections to the current structure, opening up bearing walls and redistributing structural loads. Clients are likely occupying the home during construction so utility relocations and modifications require planning and timely execution. DECKS
Whether you’re looking for a brand-new deck or restoration of an existing deck, Yelinko Builders can help.
With the use of composite decking products like Trex or TimberTech AZEK, we specialize in building beautiful decks that hold up to both mother nature and father time. It begins with an assessment of your current deck, if it’s unsafe or not worth repairing, we’ll provide you with an estimate to replace the deck starting from scratch.
If the existing decks pier footings and pressure treated framing are in stable condition, we’ll advise you on restoring the deck. Our typical restorations include replacing the deck boards with a composite material, new railings- including posts and balusters, new fascia or skirting and new stairs.
The end result will be a beautiful, long lasting and low maintenance deck that is safe for entertaining.
