A three-car side entry garage at basement level, a complete rear walkout basement, open concept floor plan, 2 story central great room with 180 degree plus views of the property, completely finished attic and a covered patio on the roof of the garage.

Built on a beautiful parcel subdivided from the family’s farm, this home was a pleasure to design and build. A very flowing plan designed to fit the family’s lifestyle, featuring a spacious mudroom and laundry room, open concept floor plan with a galley style kitchen and large dining area. Slatington Custom Home
This is a 3-bedroom 2 story home with a floor plan that was well thought out by the owner. The plan includes a first-floor flex room with a full bathroom so the home has the ability for single floor living. On the second floor, the daughter’s bedroom has a private bathroom and an additional finished room above the garage that serves as an art studio. The home also has a nice covered patio and front porch.

Built in Beech Ridge Estates - a select subdivision on land once owned by the neighboring Glasbern Inn. Fogelsville Custom Home
This client chose to use one of our spec home floor plans that is offered with multiple exterior elevations. We have used this design in select subdivisions throughout the Lehigh Valley. The plan features an open concept kitchen, breakfast and great room, first floor bedroom with full bathroom, 2 sets of stairs leading to a large second floor with 4 additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Bushkill Township Custom Home
This custom cape cod’s design was focused around the owner’s passion for boarding horses, including an exterior made to compliment an existing stable on the property. The home features a 2-story family room with a real stone fireplace, hand scraped hardwood floors, some antique cabinetry and large front and rear porches.

This custom home was built in an established section of Bally Borough, on a lot subdivided from a family members property. The property has limited width so the design of the home is similar to what you find with a townhouse. The home has an open and flowing first floor, spacious master bedroom and a charming front porch with a brick front exterior.
