This information allows us to efficiently search online resources to find plans that match your criteria. The objective is to have a few examples of what we are looking for prior to meeting with the designer. We can incorporate elements from multiple plans during the design process.
After finding a few plans that appeal to you, it’s time to sit down with our design partner and share our concepts. The designer will have some technical questions but I’ll be there to help.
At this point it’s in the hands of our designer to create a plan that exceeds your expectations. He starts with preliminary plans which are simplified floor plans and exterior views. Since the plans will most likely require revisions it’s economical to save the details until later. Preliminary plans will be sent electronically for everyone involved to review. Any necessary alterations are discussed and revisions will be made until you’re completely satisfied.
WE WILL BE THERE TO ASSIST EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
The Final plans will be PA- code compliant and tailored to the corresponding township for permit submittal. The plans will display the details needed for construction and permits without any unnecessary clutter.
