Home Plan Design
For many, this phase is highly anticipated. It’s truly a collaborative effort between client, builder and our design partner.
Estimate / Contract
We layout a detailed estimate and provide a fixed price contract. As preferred builders with several Lehigh Valley Banks, lending assistance is available.
Interior / Exterior Selection Process
From exterior finishes through interior fixtures, our supply partners and design specialists use their knowledge and guidance to keep the selection process enjoyable.
Grading Plans / Permitting
Grading plan requirements depend on the municipality or township, our engineering partner provides plans accordingly, allowing us to obtain all necessary permits.
For us, this part is second nature. Broken down into phases, the whole process takes approximately six months from when the foundation is poured.
Completion / Closing
Attention to detail and consistent effort to avoid loose ends during construction makes completion / closing a smooth transition.
